Overview
All of our items are created on demand; therefore, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. Please be sure to view our size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement if we are notified within 30 days of the original order date. No replacement will be available after this time. To request a replacement, send a photo of the defect/damage to: dumbcracksinfo@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and description of the damage. Minor variations in print placement is not considered a defect, as direct to print items can have a variation of up to a half inch.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the event the buyer changes his/her mind or an apparel item does not fit. We only offer replacements if an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a replacement item that also arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of the item’s arrival. We will offer a refund ONLY if you send ALL defective/damaged items back to us. All returns must be pre-approved. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded, and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The items returned must match the pictures previously submitted to show damage and must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and/or unworn. Once your return is approved, we will email you the address to which you need to send the items. DO NOT send returns to the return addresses on the original packages. All items on this site are printed on demand and sent to you directly from the printer, who will NOT process a return or refund you. We highly recommend you get a tracking number for return shipments. We will not refund any items we do not receive; we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue a refund until we receive/inspect the returned items.
